Director of the Company

He has nearly eight years of experience in the sales and marketing sector. Mr ROHAN ASHOK SAMALE completed Mastersdegree. He has been associated with the Company since its inception as a promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.

Mr. KAPIL SAMALE

SALES PURCHASE MANAGER

He has nearly 5 of experience in the sales purchase sector. The Purchase and Sales Manager works closely with management staff and farmers to negotiate profitable sales contracts. They must also ensure the items purchased by the facility arrive on time and as ordered. They must manage the execution of sales and purchasing contracts that the facility has signed.

Mr. NIKHIL SUNILRAO SAMALE

OPERATION DIRECTOR

He has nearly 7 years of experience in the corporate sector. He is graduated BCS and completed a masters degree MBA where he specialized in operation as well as marketing. He has excellent knowledge of entrepreneurship. He is a vital part of a management team and oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.

Mr. CHAKOR GOPINATH KINGAONKAR

Production head

He has nearly 5 years of experience in the food and dairy sector. He is completed his degree in bachelor of food technology he specialized in production and expert in packaging for export. Production Head ensures that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating and, agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.

MR. NIRAJ SAMALE

Sales head

He has nearly 6 years of experience in the food and dairy sector. He completed his degree. He is an expert in sales strategy. He is a Head of Sales who is in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.

He is an expert of developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
